The payment adjustment is not available at this time and won’t be available until mid-August. This is simply a preview period to help CMS identify any potential issues with performance scores before it calculates payment adjustments. In regard to the “bonus pool methodology,” if you are referring to the “exceptional performance” bonus pool, the 2022 performance year was the last year to qualify for that bonus. Starting with the 2023 performance year, that extra pool of funding is no longer available.
