  2024 Quality Plans Survey

  During this month’s QCDC call, we discussed surveying the QCDC Committee to better understand their quality plans for 2024.

  To kick off this project, Laura Springer drafted this survey tool for this Subcommittee to review and offer input.

  Please brainstorm, edit and revise in the Subcommittee group in EMPowered by next Thursday.
