    Hi everyone

    I hope you’re all doing well! I wanted to quickly update you on the ongoing registration issue for the RCM Workshop. Some users have been experiencing a 403 Error when trying to register using the event buttons. Our IT team is aware of the problem and is actively working on a solution.

    In the meantime, they’ve provided a workaround that should help while they continue investigating. We recommend following the highlighted method in the attached screenshot instead of clicking on “EDPMA Events” from the browser side. It appears that the SSO isn’t properly recognizing users as logged in, which is causing the registration issue. However, using the highlighted method does correctly log in users and allows for successful registration.
