  ACEP is gathering feedback about your experience with billing since the implementation of the No Surprises Act. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts on the dispute resolution process and contracting with insurance companies.

  ACEP is teaming with the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) and the American College of Radiology (ACR) to survey physicians and help inform the steps that Congress and regulatory agencies can take right away to improve the severely flawed implementation of the new law.
