Please find a letter from Department of Health and Human Services Deputy Secretary Palm, Administrator and Assistant Secretary O’Connell of the Administration of Strategic Preparedness and Response, and Administrator Brooks-LaSure of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, along with an appendix of resources from payers to share with health care providers in your network, in response to the cyberattack on Change Healthcare. As the letter notes, we at HHS value your feedback and that of your members. If your members continue to face obstacles because of the effects of the cyberattack, please direct them to hhscyber@hhs.gov so we can help get them the support that they need.
