  DOJ, HHS, TMA and Loper Bright Case

  EDPMA’s lawyer who filed our amicus briefs to support the TMA cases just reported that HHS just filed the attached letter of supplemental authority advising the 5th Circuit of the decision of the Supreme Court in the Loper Bright case.

  That case is a favorable development for TMA.

  He would not surprised if TMA files a response.
